Reiki and Meditation changed my life. I started meditation in 1999 after which I had some Reiki sessions which awakened in me the desire to learn this and heal myself. I’ve been teaching Reiki and meditation, running Reiki workshops and giving Reiki one-on-one Reiki sessions ever since.
Reiki is a complementary and alternative healing technique which puts one a ‘deeply relaxed’ state inducing lower stress levels and higher levels of self-awareness.
